Edgewater Glen Victorian
The homeowners of this Edgewater Glen Victorian had found their dream home on a leafy, family-friendly street, but when we first met, they admitted they were hesitant to invite friends over. The main living spaces didn’t yet feel complete or conducive to gathering, and they wanted a home that felt ready to be shared.
We started by rethinking the living room, dining room, and entry, using paint and wallpaper to bring warmth and cohesion throughout. We rearranged existing furniture to make the spaces work better for everyday life and entertaining. A large vintage mirror above the fireplace created a new focal point, while updated lighting, rugs, custom window treatments, and a mix of new and collected pieces helped create an inviting seating area for friends and family to gather.
After everything came together, the client shared, “We had our first guests over for dinner and I was so proud!”
